My Life: Between Two Worlds is the personal story of Concepcion Negrillo Rivera, a woman born in Seville whose life crossed borders, generations, and emotional landscapes.
The book begins with family roots in Andalusia, where the lives of grandparents, parents, and children are woven together like the traditions of the land. It follows Concepcion’s childhood, her education, her early work, her marriage, and her move to England on May 14, 1965, which was also her birthday.
Through the pages, readers encounter love, family struggle, cultural change, motherhood, work, grief, courage, and survival. The book is intimate, honest, and deeply human.
